These Terms govern your use of the Ferqo App, official website, IoT devices, and related services provided by FLH Co., Ltd.

Scope of Services
These Terms apply to all products and services provided by FLH Co., Ltd. (Ferqo), including the Ferqo App, official website, IoT devices, and related technical support.
Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to use this Service. Minors may only use the Service with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Data Collection and Privacy
Your personal data will be processed and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You must not infringe the rights of others or violate any applicable laws and regulations, nor may you interfere with the normal operation of this Service.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in this App and its content belong to the Company or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Third-party licence notice
Some icons in this application are derived from Material Design Icons, provided by Google under the Apache License, Version 2.0. They have been customized to align with the visual style of this app. For more information, please visit Material Icons Licensing.
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the App’s account settings. Upon deletion, the Company will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
If you violate these Terms, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account. Except in cases of serious violations or legal requirements, the Company will provide at least 14 days’ advance notice by email.
Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Service.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory laws, including claims arising from personal injury or damage caused by defective products or services.
Service Changes and Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. For material changes — including significant changes to service scope, pricing, or user rights — the Company will notify registered users at least 30 days in advance via in-App notification or email.
Minor amendments will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Consumer Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have any complaint or dispute regarding this Service, please first contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond within 15 business days of receipt.
If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, you may seek assistance from the Consumer Protection Commission of the Executive Yuan or file a complaint with the relevant competent authority in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
Security Update and Device Support Period
FLH Co., Ltd. commits to providing security updates for the smart home hub for a minimum of 7 years from the date of first sale to a consumer. During this period, FLH will continue to release security patches via the OTA update mechanism integrated into the Ferqo App, maintain the cloud infrastructure required for device connectivity, and keep the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy channel operational.
FLH will provide at least 12 months’ advance notice via in-App notification and the official website before the end of the defined support period.
