You may terminate your account at any time through the App’s account settings. Upon deletion, the Company will erase your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.<\/p>

If you violate these Terms, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account. Except in cases of serious violations or legal requirements, the Company will provide at least 14 days’ advance notice by email.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Security Update and Device Support Period<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

FLH Co., Ltd. commits to providing security updates for the smart home hub for a minimum of 7 years from the date of first sale to a consumer. During this period, FLH will continue to release security patches via the OTA update mechanism integrated into the Ferqo App, maintain the cloud infrastructure required for device connectivity, and keep the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy channel operational.<\/p>
